"The exchange rate doesn't match my bank's rate." — Our rates are the mid-market (interbank) rate from the European Central Bank. Banks add a spread of 1-3% on top. This is normal and expected.
"My tax calculation seems off." — Social insurance rates vary slightly by city. Our calculator uses typical rates. If your city has different rates, adjust the social insurance base accordingly.
"Can you add a tool for [X]?" — Maybe! Send us an email. We prioritize tools that help the most people.
